I like this style of story telling, it brings reader close to what happens between the two without being vulgar. This story is not really about incest it is a love story in a modern setting. Would love to read a follow up to the last words: "could it be true...."
What is she thinking, is she worried or just excited? Will she let him in on her secret? Plenty of ways to continue on this theme.
