This is as good as Martin Pyx's novels, published by Blue Moon: Summer Frolics, Autumn Scandals, Spring Fevers, and Birch Fever, all about sorority hazing at a small San Francisco area liberal arts college.
In the first installment, it would have been nice to be shown the girls getting sexually aroused by having their tits played with all evening.

This hot story would have been more vivid and hotter if the signs of arousal and the different characteristics of the displayed quims, puckered holes, rumps, and thighs had been described. Mentions of dangling hair and swaying boobies would have enhanced this scenario, too.

Sophomoric, but...what's wrong with that?
It so many ways, it doesn't work I all (e.g. I simply skip the "descriptions" of the individual girls, the stories they tell about their first lesbian experiences, etc). But it's still good stroke material.
