The hardest lesson to learn about life is that you must live each day. You can't live in the past and you can't live in the future. Every minute spent worrying about the past or the future, being angry or sad is paid for with sixty seconds of lost happiness.
Nice to see a story where people learn to accept love no matter what form it takes or how long it lasts and become more tolerant of those whose lives don't fit the program we think is proper.
A sixtyish widower probably should not read stories like this. Too sad.
But having said that I must say that it is a truly great story and merits more than the 5 vote I've given it.
My congratulations to this talented and prolific writer.
I am 64 years old and it is rare to see a great story like this, I gave it 5 stars but,it was worth a lot more of them, this story had my emotions running high and I cried, you have a knack for writing, keep up the good work, I really enjoyed reading this and really had a good cry too, lol.
I have made it my life's mission to raise money to battle CF. My men's Club has raised millions in the fight over the past 40 years.
Too many great people have died because of CF. I gave cried at too many funerals but we are starting to slow if down and some gene treatments are showing promise.
A lovely love story!
Beautifully done! Thank you!
Beautiful story
Nothing else to say.
Touching
Another great story, how do you do it?
A real 'LOVE STORY'
I cried at the original and I had a few tears at this beautiful story.
A very special story!
A truly touching tale of love !
I know I am becoming an old softy
but I was hoping Aimee was going to find a clinical trial or something to give them a few more years.
A title we should all take to heart
