IC will not be the next to die
Unless the ultimate showdown against the Consultant of Crime taks more than ten years to complete, or he could see Jeff Slake being killed in a bar fight from within his mind, and I dont think that.
Then the IC will destroy the myth of Hollow Point, "The Thin Man" could be the link to the Consultant. Or once again I could be wrong "again" Good story WW always await your posts with interest. Keep em comming please.
Okay - So it WASN'T a mannequin ---
The mirror was a good substitute! STILL - a super great story! I'm still waiting on getting that B * # @ H "owner" of the stupid TV station on the floor after a BEATDOWN by the BLUE crowbar! THAT - would definitely be worth it! At least Sharples is out of the picture!
My usual "problem"
is waiting for the next installment in this long series. I go about my reading for awhile then come back to check in on you. Scotty

Excellent ending to this part of the story. Would love to see Cindy give Ferrall or Ikea a good old ass whooping. Keep up the good work.

The mannequin idea was good, but a mannequin stays still while a man moving in a mirror appears to be moving. But good thinking on all that. So one more small story to wrap up some things, and then we move into the final trilogy. Don't worry, the author will be writing more stories after the final set... :-)
A fitting conclusion.
