He came upon her so fast without her knowing. It almost feels like non-consent, even though she is his slave apparently. The fact that he gives her the safe word and a signal, however, does give her the chance to end everything, but he has taken her so quickly, that she is having trouble breathing, thinking or even speaking. She is with it enough to know that he is trying to trick her into verbally responding as she thinks he will force her to take him down her throat again before she even gets her wits about her, so she must be used to this kind of treatment. I thought it was all too fast, no character developments just plain overtaking her for his pleasure with no regard for her.

This is simply too much bullshit and not even enjoyable reading.
