I feel the pain here in the words...

but it read more like a succession of things you did than a poem. I think you could involve the reader deeping into these emotions if you expressed them though images instead of just listing activities.

Busy bee

I like the flow of this, the almost "listing", it gives the feeling of frenetic activity to block out having to think(been there myself)...nicely done.
