Oh my!
Packed full of so much of so many things. A human story...doing what makes sense when you don't know what to do...bending to the cold rquirements of the situation...and more and more. This is beautiful.
A Horrible MUST READ !!
No matter what his topic the writer is impressive, and what a topic he has chosen this time!
A terrible scene/experience described so vividly by a poet who continues to show great strength and insight as well as word skill.
Of his other two of the day, "Lonnie" is a pleasant read, and I loved "Streets".
It belongs on a higher venue, but this one is a spectacular piece of prose poetry.
A work that literally explodes all over you.
If this one doesn't move you you are already dead.
A must read. The most impressive work of the day, but it will not be to everyone's taste.
Difficult subject
Cannot imagine viewing that, and Not writing about it somehow. This was done with finesse and compassion.
