Just a quick suggestion, there are some sentences where a couple of commas would be useful, just to break the paragraph up a bit. When it's read out loud, you can't get a breath.

Jonathan is a selfish prick who only thinks of his own pleasure. He only wants to get off and doesn't care much about Tom's wants. Oh yeah he gives him a bit of a suck now and then but that is not enough. I know Tom's marriage is a sham and it should end , but he is too good for Jonathan.
