"Female prostate"

Didn't mean to make anyone uncomfortable. As you probably know, a woman's sensual network is not as centered as that of a man. And we all begin as similar creatures, so Mei Ai feels anal sensation "as if" she had a prostate, or as she imagines that would be. Based on a comment of a real woman.
