I also hate the 2nd person/present tense style, except when someone describing a fantasy or a dream to the other person in it...It doesn't seem the case in here...

Person and tense poblems... this may be too difficult for novice writers to pull off.

Even though I absolutely hate this 2nd person/present tense style, I did enjoy that little fantasy!
As a describing fantasy...
