Sci-fi/Fantasy also includes the alien/non human or it wouldn't be Sci-Fi and or Fantasy.

Hoping a story develops out of this.
Has neither science fiction, nor fantasy elements. no space ships, nor magic, swords, sorcery, or artificial intelligence. Unless this takes a 90 degree turn and totally jumps genres, even looking at the story's tags, "werewolf – group sex – multiple – threesome – foursome – alpha – orgy – polyamory – polyandry – polygamy" nothing indicates SciFi/Fantasy. It's a bit of fizzle on the start, near 0 world building, 1st person, emphasis on sex rather than character introduction, I'd give it a solid 3 (but will round up to 4 in hopes that more depth is coming quickly) but unless it takes a serious turn for the better, I'd put it squarely in "Non-Human Fluff". Sci-Fi/Fantasy readers tend to have high standards, (yes, we're spoiled, I know) but this is an opening I'd expect to find on Wattpad if they allowed such explicit content. This is like my long passed beloved Labrador Joe. Personality a mile wide, but only 1/2 an inch deep.
