The reality is that even the slightest chance of the marriage continuing has disappeared.... Why these kind of people don't just divorce is as obscure as why they got married in the first place. You really should at least reveal your country of origin. Why? Because it gives serious commenters a better chance to provide constructive criticism. Of course you may be one of the rare writers who isn’t interested in improving , but I doubt it.
Apparently other countries have different writing norms and if anything I say falls into one of them, ignore it. Now a few suggestions:

I think you really have a good plot here. Sure, it’s been used a lot, but which plot hasn’t? What counts is the spin we put on our version. I really hope to see more of your work.

"No, it wasn't proper, and to stop it." , when it should read, "No, it isn't proper. Stop it."
Or: Again she said, "It wasn't right."
That should read, "It isn't right"
Or how about this one?
She then whispered that, "She mustn't,"
Why would the wife say "She mustn't"? What she would say is, "I mustn't"
I liked your story, but it's like being served a good meal in a filthy restaurant. The mistakes are too distracting for me to enjoy it. Please keep writing, but please get a proofreader. You can and will do better next time. Thanks!
