They would NEVER act this way. So many regulations have been broken that he would own the hospital. First, it is illegal to act in a way that causes humiliation, it is both unprofessional but also a violation of several laws. He could always claim it was a life style issue and their actions created a hostile environment which were intended in inflict emotional harm. Believe me that would be REALLY EXPENSIVE!!!!

This is a story is about male humiliation at the hands of women. Of course, the way he reacts to the situations could be different. That could be said about any character in any story written. You could also think that some part of him knew he deserved what he was getting for how badly he had treated women or that he was so desperate he didn't think straight or worry about the legal issues. Like any fetish story, if it ain't your thing, then it will never work for you.
