is so well described and gratified that I'm appalled the good doctor acquiesces. It's a not-uncommon wishful fantasy, with an authoritative male and a helplessly needy female privately satisfying each other. So much so that physicians I know never examine a female patient without a female nurse present somewhere else in the room. Thus they avoid lawsuits, and anyhow, that treatment isn't covered by medical insurance.

this is utter nonsense. all it would take is a nurse to walk in at any time, or better yet she turns up pregnant and then she is divorced, he losses his license to practice, he is sued for everything he owns. He losses his standing in the community etc, etc, etc....
