...as a writer myself, I thought this was quite good. Too many people (such as the other person that commented) interpret "erotic" as "must include graphic sex" or just be outright "porn". This had just the right amount of tension and kept me quite engaged. I am hoping there will be more.

I like a 12 inch for smaller rooms like a kitchen but that is just me.

Would like a detailed description of Gina hair color, length, long legs, height, weight, eye color, breast size, nice posterior etc etc etc. No mention about plans for the land or farm. Grapes???????? Neighbors?//// Looking for more. I like it. 5 stars.
Actually, part of my writing style is to keep those details at a minimum, and I do it deliberately. I might have been even more sparse than usual, but I like to let the reader's imagination fill in the gaps. I did note that Gina's hair looked brunette at first, but once out of the glare, appeared a bit on the auburn side, and that she was on the fair-skinned side with freckles. I noted that the "carpet matched the drapes," which tells you that she isn't shaved bare.
How big are her boobs? Well, I know how I picture her, but that's to my tastes; how you picture her might be a touch different. By not specifying it, she matches both of our preferences.
One of the physical characteristics I usually specify is height, but I left that one out in this story; that was deliberate.
I really enjoyed this story. I liked reading about the renovations because my daddy taught me basic electrical, plumbing and carpentry when I lived at home. When I moved to my own country cottage, I redid all the rooms with plaster, paint and wallpaper. So I read the that part with a critical eye. When she shows up. I was happy to see that she was down to earth and felt good that he's found a part in crime. Okay, it's just a story but is was a good one. It reminded me of me twenty years ago.
Sounds like you wrote of your move to somewhere around Tenn. I lived in PA around the area that you where in, PA was nice place to live but I hated the fucking tax's
Having the same skills, I appreciate the remodeling details as they help to paint the scene. For many of us, there is more to a well told story than just the sex. There is great potential here for many more chapters. Not to do so would sorely disappoint many of us who enjoy and look forward to each new offering. Five and faved.

Always enjoy your work and this was great. It would make an interesting series, but works well as a stand alone short story.
