Nice start
I enjoy a story where the woman is still herself and somewhat aware of her situation, but still succumbs to the conditioning - it makes for better humiliation. Now how about a few chapters on how she got to this point and the subtle changes in her thinking that took place - and the humiliation along the way. Then pick it back up and show where she goes from here. Make sure not to lose her sense of self.
