I'm going to take a wild guess that Chloe is some type of Goetic/Eldritch abomination, Shoko is an Eastern Demon/Oni, Penny is a ghoul/zombie, Mary Jane is a Ghost, Champa is a naga/marilith/lamia/middle eastern beast, and the goth lolita is a banshee/daugter of the devil. I have no idea what the headmistress could be.
