I think what you wrote was well written, but I have to agree with the others. It wasn't what one would find in a Dd/lg relationship or scene. That being said I don't think it's abuse, harsh perhaps, but there are those who enjoy this sort of degradation in their play. I personally would have added a bit of "aftercare" to soothe the reader.
