This is the most different story I have read on this site.

No "ooh, I want this", but it's so different. The original attitude seemed to be submissive. Nothing unknown here.

That female/male attitude seemed to disappear, with emotional outburst, physical innury, and mental adaptation.

Soo unusual.

The actions, techniques and reactionss seem so silly I should have shut down but the thoughts and actions were so different I kept on. Hope others agree.

Failed attempt at humor

Awful dialogue and laughable verbage. The very idea of a brain transplant was ludicrous. Even a fictional story has to be at least plausible. This simply wasn't.

1 star

Message from the author to anon...

I'm glad you found this completely ridiculous story "laughable" & "ludicrous". I thought you'd missed the point but clearly you haven't. Thank you, best review so far!

5 Stars

From the PoV of Humor and Satire, the dry, oblivious, tongue in cheek narrative is great. It could use a wee bit of polish, but otherwise wonderfully understated while painting comic pictures in the mind's eye. Funny stuff! Thank you.

Thanks Eidetic

Thank you Eidetic.

The idea came from the famous song from The Smiths and I tried to emulate the dry wit of that wonderful wordsmith Morrissey. I wanted a story with a foolish cuckold anti-hero with ridiculous narrative from the perspective of a loser and characters who you couldn't relate to, even if you tried. It's a throwaway, ridiculous, short story but I laughed out loud at work when I was writing some parts of it, so I had my fun... and that's all that matters... !

@Anon: Failed Attempt

Before you put labels like "ludicrous" or "has to be plausible" on a story and vote 1 star, you might want to check out a novel called "I Will Fear No Evil" by some guy named Robert A. Heinlein. Kind of successful and has something to do with brain transplants.

That story was so weird it was good. It was like Morrisey hating his own penis. Qat. Not quite cinq, for me anyway.

Loved the Smiths referance.
