Perhaps...
I'm a traditionalist, but I was taught that haiku and senyru require a certain syllabic rhythm of 5-7-5. That being said, I like the poem, I just wouldn't term it a 'haiku'.

Miss Oatlash, syllables do not really count, even the most traditional haiku poet will tell you this-- it is more than syllables, especially in English.
