It is very well written and has a very pleasant pace.

I've only recently read 'Captain's Choice' and that is a very fine story as well, but this one I find easier to read because it feels less 'staccato' (the best word I could find to explain the difference between the two stories).

Eagerly awaiting the next chapter!

I enjoyed it very much. I liked the pace and the people. I suspect most of us are rooting for Fran to broaden her horizons but if she doesn't they are still good friends and that is nice. Please keep going.
