The key question for this story might be how many best friends of the narrator is Trupti ? That girl gets around ( and then some ). Cliffhanger sublime . It's fun to see Malay try so hard to man up. He's a sort of Prince Darjeeling ( Limited ).Trupti literally rocking narrator's world ? I guess it's a symbol....hopefully not of subtlety index of story declining.

excellent writing and is this foreshadowing of schizophrenia in the young MC? Or even the author, is that why she disappeared from Lit and her blog for 5 yrs? Well done.
