You've brought back the memories of my youth. My mature lady was 33 years old when I was 19. She was a chief gunners mate's wife in San Diego Ca. in 1959.

I volunteered for UDT and was accepted to a school and was transferred. I saw Sparky in a bar about a year later in Yokosuka Japan before I volunteered for Vietnam. He said he and Marlene had a little girl since the last time I saw them.
Needless to say when he showed me a picture of her, she looked like her mom. There was though, a little bit of the child that looked like my mom when she was a child. I've always wondered. some weekends when old Sparky was drunk, she'd go to bed with him and after she was sure he was passed out, she would end up coming and staying the rest of the night with me. You know what they say about putting a load in a woman before they take a piss in the morning. lol
A truly fantastic story Ronnie. The amount of detail you put in it was amazing. I think you better get back to the keyboard sailor. I just found another author to put on my favorites' list.
