In previous chapters the minotaur has always been referred to as female (for example, when Tink calls it "cow bitch"), but in this chapter it's referred to as male. Which is correct? Or are there two of them?

Hope Dana and Beth make it out okay. Mike needs some human interaction in his life. I thought the clock was stolen from the storage unit and put there by someone from the society to use against Mike. It coming to her aid was a surprise.

Didn't love how tiny the fairies were since he ends up stretching one like a bater, but i can see how some would like that. I kind of expected them to grow into the size of dolls or human girls before the action started or once they started to gain energy. Not sure how much I trust them....

The flow was jarring after he pulled himself out of the river… he should have been “gasping and exhausted he should have called out to Jenny and Beth and looked back to ensure the Minotaur wasn’t still a threat.” And The fact that these fairies are trapped down here should have given him some pause before helping them escape the labyrinth… the smarter more clever the hero the more readers are hooked. I find that the sci-fi readers are a bit more critical.

I generally hate fantasy.
