Now it's turning Stupid
Lets see where you went wrong. First, Vivian would have gone to a doctor by day 2 or 3 at the latest. No one would have waited that long to see if it goes away. It should be some very interesting test results. Next, she discovers that Brenda knows about it, and is probably responsible for it. She can go a couple of 2 ways now: She can immediately call the police and try to have Brenda arrested ( but this isn't good without proof); she can put survelance on the office and wait for Brenda to announce her guilt again; once she has Brenda's confession she can 1) send her to the jail and fire her, 2) find someone else to have a relationship with, and 3) have a relationship with Brenda.
Why would Vivian want to have a relationship with Brenda now? Brenda royally F--_ed her over. Her two main concerns would be to 1) return to womanhood if possible, and 2) have Brenda jailed for what she has done. It wouldn't hurt to have Brenda become a registered sex offender, and her reputation destroyed. If Vivian can't return to womanhood, she should find someone else to have a relationship with. She hates Brenda enough right now that she is considering raping her. I'd vote for killing Brenda if there was no cure.
Unfortunately it looks like Brenda will get her wish. If that is the case, this story belongs more in the non-consent category as it is completely forced without knowledge.
Can I just Say
First of all, it's MY story, I'll write it however I want.
That said, I DO take suggestions, and in fact the story ends with an EARLIER suggestion from the whiny commenter below. However, there's a natural progression to stories, which means that we haven't gotten there yet.
If people are going to make snap judgements then they're just being stupid. At least wait until the end before you start freaking out. Apparently SOME people just haven't heard of a plot twist before.

An Interesting but not unexpected twist
It's about time that Vivian/Victor saw through the secretary. The last chapter should be very, very interesting.
