Eureka!! -I found another *Definite Bookmark* webpage worth saving (after printing out a copy first, of course). I can TOTALLY picture how the author would be like, when making a decision in real life. To Choose? To Un-Choose?... she shares her personal insight and private thought process. I gave a review rating of: "100 % /LOVED IT"!!
It helped me begin to heal & sort of understand how my girlfriend chose Abortion of our baby (after carrying it for 12+ weeks!!). It totally sucked and I hated her in my mind for months afterward. Outwardly, I showed love & support as have always done, even when she na- turally was inconsiderate towards me. Now the feelings "inside my head" will be in harmony with my visible actions in way i treat her. Tonight, we will "Make Love" not just me f**k her while I say nice things. Thank you GoldeniAngel!
Serious commitment
Rushing into marriage is a mistake many people make. Can't help thinking about the 1971 song by Carly Simon and Jacob Brackman, "That's the Way I've Always Heard it Should Be."
Many first marriages fail and last about 7-8 years. It's better to not just be happy, but to take the time to really get to know your partner. It really helps if you aren't just lovers but also friends, for there will be times when the ardor cools for a while and you need to be okay with just hanging out and spending time together; the love is helpful when you fight with your friend and both of you are pissed off. I am not surprised you had both the wisdom and fortitude to choose your own path.
