I liked this. Good call on the thinking confidence that will lead to acting confidently. One other thing I would add is POSTURE!!
Bad posture is possibly the most unsexy thing, next to bad breath. And good strong straight posture is the easiest way to look like you're confident if you're not.
I practice in front of the mirror and then try to memorize how my body feels with proper posture, because when you're not used to it it can feel pretty odd, like you're sticking your chest out a mile when you're not.
Also, remember that being sexy doesn't necessarily mean you're looking for sex! It just means you look like a biologically safe bet (strong, intelligent, etc.).

This essay contains good advice. I'm somewhat surprised at the wisdom shown in someone so young - well, young compared to me anyway ;) I only wish I'd read more like this when I was your age. That's when I needed it.

I amazed how simple and straight forward you make it sound yet these simple facts are missed a fair bit from my own expierence and the fact that you needed to write about them highlights the fact that a lot of us aren't very good at it.

About Step Three I think you might want to add that talking about an interest is good but you should also be careful to gauge interest. I think its very easy to bore someone with details of your obsession with e.g. Sci-Fi though its a good idea to share yourself in this way you need also be able to recieve i.e. listen to their part and not bore them to death with it. I think its a snag I've hit a fair bit because I'm so bloody talkative when I get excited about something I'm into.

Anyways I defintly needed to give this a look becuase I've felt quite uninsipired about working on my appereance, unless I'm doing something special.
Which means the people who always see me always see me as dull and unsexy I suppose. That reminds me when I FIRST meet someone theres a small spark but that fades out, I guess I've found out why.
This like the "Hitchikers guide to woman" are definte reads for young adolescents I really wish I'd heard a lot of this stuff (or at least worked it out) a while back (I'm pushing 21)
