'Breathe' I must remember,

take in God's gift of the breath.

Deeply inhaling life's essence

the enemy slowly recedes to the trenches.

Soldiers and armies

All in the mind is the conflict

Until too late...

Each day a battle ~ not with guns but within the mind.
