I am hoping you take it in one of two slightly different directions. Either make his mother his sex slave, maybe in a later chapter reversing roles by her knowing he was psychic because it runs in the family or just have him run wild at school and mount every co-ed, teacher, and administrator he desires.

Reasonable premise, good insight into plausibility of resistance. I hope you will continue to develop the story line that goes along with the stroke; the way you have started, you can certainly do both. I'd give you an 85-90% if the option were available
