Very believable
This story is short and sweet, but you can almost believe many times this happened. There were some strong minded women in those days that chose whom they want to have sex with and got away with it. A lot of white n

Don't want to offend anyone. But this is a site for the sexual; fantasies and ect. Maybe I am naive, but I think most writers are just trying to give their readers an erotic charge, on this site. I agree that slavery was, and is, a horrible thing. And I have read enough to know, that considering the point in history that Goldeniangel has based her story, her slaves were treated much better then many others. No feet cut off to make escape all but impossible, no beating til the body was unconscious from the agony, no rapes.
She wrote a story about a perhaps not very good time in "Yankie", Northern USA history, but to give her a terrible rating simply because of what she wrote about, and you have strong feelings regarding...that's really not fair.
By all means, send the author a personal email saying, I have issues with what you wrote, this is what I think/feel...
I try to always rate a story purely on the skill,
way with words, ect. If I dislike a story purely because of what they choose to write about, isn't that maybe, often my fault because I didn't pay more attention to the description, or the category, ect?
We all have the right to read what we like. It seems to me sometimes that some people like to read what they dislike for the soul reason of yelling about it. And of course you have the right to do so and then yowl about how terrible it is.
Myself, I think people who read things they know they will hate, are attention seeking idiots, assuming and if they know they will leave a comment or a score.
Base a scored story on grammar and spelling, did you enjoy reading it, ect.
Be honest...and be fair.

Although I realize this is a touchy subject to a lot of people, the fact still remains that these things happened. The main fact is that someone read the title of the story and still chose to read it anyway. I have to admit that I found nothing degrading about your story and thought it to be well written. It was very believable and although I am sorry that slavery had to occur, the fact remains that it did. Thank you for not being degrading when referring to the slaves. Again good job!
