Tense?

This wasn't a bad story, but stories are normally told in past tense for a reason. There was no good reason for this to be written in present tense, and it detracted. If you decide to submit a story to a real magazine, be aware that editors don't like present tense.

actually, I liked the fact it as in present tense - the way it could nearly have been happening to me... made the story all that much more arousing.....thank you, and please write more!
