He was working and from the way you wrote these chapters it seems as though she doesn't do if his job demanded him to be away for five months why didn't the bit h go with him?

I loved the story. I would find it easy to believe it is a true story and not just something you made up. So ignore the nay sayers. Simply unless you have had to live though a cheating spouse, you can't say how one should act. So much depends on how strong the marriage is when the cheating is discoverd.

You steered away from the situation, he discovered her affair, perhaps others too. If your writing style is not cheating wives, then stay away from the topic. In reality there is no erotic theme when a husband or spouse discovers the tragic truth of lies and betrayal from their spouse. Retaliation would occur when presented itself. He would have sought out to ruin those men that willing entered his home, his bed and his wife. Their families and spouses would feel the same pain and loss as he felt. You want to include a prostitute in the chapter, fine, but with both woman in the scene, honestly doubtful. the video took his spirit away, in regards to his wife. Those special shared emotions and desires he experienced with his wife are truly gone, worse her cheating was on their marriage bed. I would if this is part of your story ideas, re write chapter 2 with a more fitting approach.

Here's the thing... I actually agree with you. My husband is well aware that if he ever cheated, I might do more than just leave him, I might Lorena Bobbit his ass (well... other body part). And I hold myself to the same standard in real life. But the POINT of this STORY is cheating and I don't like stories where someone gets hurt by their spouse, so ALL of my Loving Wives stories are going to end up with the husband being okay with what happened... because otherwise it's just too sad and upsetting to me. I don't want to deal with it in a way that I find more realistic, I like the fantasy better. If you don't like that, that's fine, but I'm not the only one who writes that way... not sure why you're wasting your time reading the category.

Again no rating. I never venture into this category so I won't attempt to rate it as such. However, in reference to ch.1, the wife lied saying she only cheated once and we know she didn't stop until she realized it wasn't a replacement for her husband. Still she would have went to her grave never saying anything to her clueless. faithful husband, sort of like my true life situation.
