Fair weather rider
Well Bob the meaning of the term Fair weather rider is some one who has a expensive motocycle in his garage that is basically a peice of garage furniture. It only leaves the garage on days that the weather is perfect. I stopped reading your story after the opening paragraph. The term Harley Hog told me that you knew nothing about being a real biker. It is a Harley or a Hog it is not both. Studded leather vest only those that are into motorcycles and the clothing as a fashion statement, rather than a life style would wear such a thing. And finally anyone that spends their life in the saddle of an Iron horse knows you don't wear tight jeans on a cross country run. You might want to start learning more about the life style before you write about it.
