I gave this a high rating, the author has tried hard to write a piece which has a lot more to it than the standard stuff here. Another trip back in time, and lotsa effort to be consistent with outfits, descriptions, style, etc.

As a flasher, I can personally say that when I sunbathed outside my neighbors were certainly glad they lived there!

I absolutely LOVED this submission!!! It has a very 'real' feeling to it, like it might actually have happened, and I do love me some of 'The Stories', especially about local 'celebrities' getting seen by their adoring public, and they don't even know it!
