Ummm, is this the part of

Pelican Bay that is "designed to house the state's most serious criminal offenders in a secure, safe and disciplined institutional setting".

Is this poem more subtle than what the comments indicate... is this a prisoner looking out the window at "Pelican Bay"?

I love your imagery. The slow, steady flow that just let's us live right there in that moment, mesmerized by your winged friends there at Pelican Bay ... So when can we all visit, sounds like my kinda place for a relaxing vacation ... *grins ...
