As I was reading this story, I was wondering why you chose to make the characters a lesbian couple. I think it would have made for a better story if you had made them friends. Clara would have been the lesbian vegetarian, while the unnamed narrator would have been a straight fast food junkie. This story would have been the narrator's initiation into both lesbian sex and vegetarianism.
