All of the words that describe this poem have been taken! This is a lovely moment of perfect serenity. I like the perception that the two people have been together for a long time: his presuming her thoughts as if to feel what she feels and thinks. It reads like hot chocolate, warm and creamy.

That private intimate time ~ just before the woman you love wakes up ~ and gives you that first Good Morning kiss.
