It has, in my experience, become increasingly less of an issue though when it is homosexual liaisons in a heterosexual relationship. In fact, several of my friends actually made have a 1 per gender rule in their relationship. They are together with their chosen partner but are allowed an external, other (homo for hetero relationships, hetero for homo relationships) lover.

The thing is that is completely unfair to those of us who are either 100% heterosexual or 100% homosexual (both do exist).
That sort of thinking is why those who are 100% so often distrust or despise bisexuals.
Fair would be:
'You get two? I get two. Gender irrelevant'.
