we lay our dreams

side by side by side

an inch thich

and many miles wide

no matter how delicous

these simmery bits of somethings

for all the ins and outs

of our despirate mouths

they never come to nothing

I liked it, I found it interesting, I listened to it a half dozen times. Poetry is something I can't do very well, but I do like to read it at times.

She's caught your con & called your bluff.

This made me remember my misspent youth and all the lies I believed. Thank goodness I can laugh about most of them now! Wonderful poem...thanks!
