What a large percentage of your commentors would be saying. Having lived in logging country for almost 25 years and done my fair share of logging on my property, I say, take their ignorant rants with a grain of salt as the fools don't know whereof they speak. As an old logger friend told me years ago when you see a 100' Cedar, you're probably looking at a dying tree. Before I started thinning trees (not clear-cutting), if a rabbit wanted to cross the property he'd have had to pack a lunch 'cause nothing could grow in that dark, dark shade, not ever ferns. As we thinned I saw that the old logger hadn't lied as almost 25% of the trees had started to rot from the inside. I'm still heating my house from "blow downs," and in fact as soon as I can get my chainsaw in shape I've got 30 foot of Cedar in my backyard from a tree that got topped by the wind. I cut only whats needed to be cut and where it needs to be cut. I don't have a satellite dish (unlike my tree-hugging neighbors) as I'd have to drop some prime Cedar to get acess and it's not worth it. You told it fair mate and told it the way it is. A Tale Too Far
I find this one disturbing. The story is good and well written, but the beating kills it for me. I don't care that she was apparently willing, it just went too far. Then to leave her, nude and beaten, nah...........
