Loved the story and plot
There are those professional writers and editors, whom I am sure will say what they will in a most mean spirited way, but I totally enjoyed your story and thought the character development and story line was super and even though if I run my sentenances togethar und mis pell words (most everyone does make mistakes) I didn't notice any in your story. But I am different, I read for enjoyment. I don't read a story and say "hey the plural tense is all wrong". If I felt that strongly about correcting a writer, as some anonymous commenters feel that they must, then I would sign my name, or at least send an email with the suggestions. I just shake my head when someone has read like five chapters of someones work and are critical of it each time. Its like, "WHY ARE YOU STILL READING IT?" I know from my writing experience, that critics can drag you down at times, so I give you a big thumbs up and a big thanks for your story. Being curious, as to developing events: I was hoping your story could have continued on for another several pages, hopefully you will write a second chapter.
Again, I send my heartfelt thanks for your efforts in all of your stories that you write.
