You've written a very nice story. I am reminded of another story here which I can't find now, which is about Celebrian at the sexual mercy of Wargs. She finds that she can wait a little longer to be rescued.

though i would have wanted to know aragorn's reaction when he finds out that arwen is already wet.. and how arwen would try to cover it up..

A very enjoyable read and good attention to detail, painting a very good picture of what is going on.
