I loved the build-up with Anne teasing her brother about his attraction to her. I could almost tell that she was teasing him to hide her own feelings about him.
The only drawback to the whole story was how quickly the actual sex happened. It would have been a little nicer to have it drawn out, with a little more description... especially the part about her using the spa jets.
That said, I hope there's a Part 2, where Toni gets involved with at least Anne, if not her brother as well.

Let there be a Part 2 and Part 3
There should be a part 2 and a part 3 toplay out the relationship between the siblings. the Brother has already said there weren't anyone that he could relate to an an emotional level oother than his assistant,who by the way is more interested in Anne as a lover.Try to work this trio together for a happy and fruitful conclusion.(Possible marriage and children).
You weave a wonderful tale... I enjoy your writing even though this is outside of my normal reading preferences... Wonderful look forward to more installments.
I use to live in Cali and I could imagine this story taking place in Hollywood Hills! I agree that you should take this story further; it would be great to hear about the siblings AND hear about them including his assistant in a three-way. I'm also sure that the place is big enough for all three of them. Maybe the assistant is like the siblings and has a brother that she has been involved with? Enjoy adding to the story!
I know we won't get one after all this time, but it really did need to be continued, what you've written here was really hot, but like so many stories on here, it finishes short of where it should.
