The action he is taking is completely inconsistent with a "smart" lawyer. There is absolutely no reason to negotiate with his wife. He has little assets that she can get her hands on so money is not an issue. Just expose her as a whore. The courts are not going to give the kids to a whore vs. an upstanding and well to do father. This was all over before it even began. She is compulsive about her activities so it should be easy to show recent continuous whoring. She is a slut loser. He gets everything he wants. The only thing left is to send the PI after Mary and expose her to everyone she knows as a whore as well. Mary's husband may know but I'll bet not many others do. She seems proud of her activities, they perked up her sex life, right? Let the world be 'proud' of her as well. It May Have Been a While Ago
But, I think this story needs a second part. Did she acceopt his terms? Was she able to talk him into getting back together with her? I know, highly unlikely... but that would be an interesting come back. All though I usually like happy endings, I don't really see how he could possibly forgive her after that Friday to Tuesday stretch...but like I said, it would make an interesting recovery.
