Loving the pursuit
I'm loving the pursuit of Mitch and Jessica. To me the romance is in the little things he's doing to try to convince her to stay. Nice writing, Jus....very nice.

I like the juxtaposition of romance with the darker side I introduced last...I think it gives the story some tension, and your writing goes a long way toward making this story more readable. Very nice!
