Mike severely disrespected the husband in his own bed, even more so than Marge did. However, he will basically get off with a little inconvenience over the credit cards and the car theft. On the up side for him, he will be able to pork Marge whenever he wants since she will no longer have a husband.
Marge will get half of the assets. Even if it made a difference, hubby cannot sue for adultery since he has no proof. If they have a kid, she will get child support, keep the house until the kid turns 18 and may even get some kind of alimony if hubby makes a lot more than she does. For her part, the only justice will be that she loses the husband she claims to love.
All of this is very unsatisfying. It would have been better if Bob had spent a bit more time working on some payback. I don't advocate violence that leaves permanent damage, although wasting Mike's gonads would not have been disagreeable. However, there should have been something done to Mike to make him regret his actions.
