He knows she's cheating so it will be easy to get the evidence. He's going to get half their assets regardless so the best he can do is get the video of her cheating and spread it around to everyone she knows, including her family. Revenge is a bitch, just like her.

After she loses 50% of the assets in the marriage I wonder what he'll do? Her baloney about being in the driver's seat is just that - baloney. She may get him kicked out of the house, but once he gets a lawyer, he's right back in. And he didn't use his credit to repay her Father, he used it to hire a shark for an attorney. Within the week she had to replace the money in their accounts and the money from the CD's. The assets were frozen by the Court. So her whole plan dissolved. After the divorce went through and they split the assets (her Father never got repaid) one has to wonder. Will she make it to the hospital or go straight to the morgue.
