As the coding on this story indicates, this is part of my "true stories" series. Of course a story in such a series would be written in a more "factual" style than other stories (and I have stories posted here in all sorts of styles--it would be a dull world if there was only one writing style for a story). If you don't like the factual style, I would hope that one of my other 60-some stories here would be a more enjoyable for you. Thanks for giving this one a read, though.
