Not maintaining the standard
The previous chapter had us accept Kate was expressing a new area of her sexuality, as well as pandering to Bill's fantasies, but this sequel doesn't make any sense. If she's indulging Bill within the context of a trusting relationship, why not tell him where she's going and invite him to watch? But could've been better. It was a bit unrealistic for the wife to go back and indulge without some greater setup in communication with the husband.
