He was released. Then he got his revenge. He went to the State Police and the FBI. At first they laughed. But he had all the details committed to memory. The first person that broke under questioning was Detective Tina. After that, they all went down like a house of cards. Other conspiracies were unearthed and many, many people went to prison. Mr. Johnson retired on all the monies he was awarded in the Civil lawsuits. This time in Court he didn't have a State appointed Public Defender. He has the very best attorney from the biggest firm in the State and he was out for blood. Ridiculous story with a non-ending.
